LINCOLNSHIRE
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Janusz P. Baranski, 53, of 96 Forest Ave., Fox Lake, was arrested June 23 at the intersection of Riverwoods Road and Illinois Route 22 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, using a mobile phone while driving, driving with one taillight and improper lane use. He has a July 11 court appointment in Waukegan.
Jamie M. Breckan, 29, of 25480 N. Timber Court, North Barrington, was arrested June 27 at the scene of a property-damage accident at the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Aptakisic Road and charged with DUI of alcohol and failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She has a July 18 court appearance in Waukegan.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA
Vanessa Nevarez, 23, of 157 S. Archer Ave., Mundelein, was arrested July 25 at the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Route 22 and charged with illegal possession of marijuana, disobeying a stoplight and having no proof of insurance. She has a July 9 court appointment in Mundelein.
